Dance has been a major part of Kristin Rozmus' entire life. She started with ballet at the age of three. Kristin soon developed a passion for not only ballet, but jazz and tap. She continued to be a student of dance all the way through college at the University of Illinois - Urbana/ Champaign. Although she majored in communications, Kristin honed her dance skills through their many classes.
After working in advertising and living two years in Hong Kong, Kristin and her husband settled in Elmhurst to raise their three boys. Although none of her boys danced, Kristin looked for anyway to incorporate dance in her life. She loved group fitness classes, but didn't feel any match her love of hip hop. So, Kristin decided to create her own class. She has taught her class for two years here in Elmhurst. She loves to choreograph a class to make her students work hard and have fun.
In addition to her love of dance, Kristin has always loved kids. So she is thrilled to have the chance to teach and inspire them to love dance as much as she does. Kristin truly believes taking dance lessons was the best gift her mother could ever give her. Dance provides the gift of confidence, strength in spirit and physical strength.
Hi friends! My name is Lizzie Mae and I absolutely love dance! I am currently the captain of the dance team over at Elmhurst College. I started dance when I joined the team my freshman year of college. I worked extremely hard since then (I am a senior this year! 😊) and made my way up into the captain's position and am going on my second year of leading the team. My favorite style of dance is modern. I love the ability to choreograph and dance in such an expressive and sentimental way. When I'm not in the studio, I'm either studying for my child psychology career path or painting my mind out on a canvas! I look forward to be "piqué-ing" and "shim-shamming" around the room with you 😊.
Brenda is an actor, singer, and dancer who graduated from Elmhurst College with degrees in Theatre and Spanish & minors in dance and education. She is currently a part of Dance Spectacular Productions, commercial dance company and choreographs musicals for local high schools in the area! She loves being silly and making a fool of herself while she teaches, so please encourage your children to bring their happiness and laughter to all her classes!

Evolution Dance Experience Dance Studio was created because of a desire and passion I have to not only teach dance, but to touch and inspire young dancers. In my seven years as the director of the Elmhurst Park District's Impact Dance Company , my ten plus years working in a studio and dance convention environment, and as a parent raising my children in our community, I saw a need and a desire for an high quality environment that is encouraging, motivating and nothing but inspiring to each and every child that walks in my doors. I believe strongly in the value of dance and have been changed by the confidence, determination and work ethic dance has taught me. Dance saved me! I have a desire to give back all that has been given to me and I strive to enrich the lives
of all who come into contact with me!
It is not just about the dancing, it is about the EVOLUTION OF THE EXPERIENCE!!!!
